Job Bidding

Restoration America, Inc. is now accepting proposals from contractors interested in participating in the Property Renovation Program for the rehabilitation of  homes in Chicagoland area. This will be for labor and material jointly. Restoration America, Inc. will conduct a Mandatory pre-bid walk through meetings at each site. Information packets can be downloaded from our website at http://www.restorationamerica.org.

All Contractors interested in submitting a proposals must register their company with Restoration America, Inc. prior to attendance at any on-site pre-bid walk through meetings. Mandatory on-site walk through meetings will be held weekly on Thursdays. All registered contactors will be notified via email of the dates, locations and times.

The purpose of this meeting is to explain the Residential Renovation Program and conduct inspections of the property. Bid submissions are due the following Friday by 5:00 pm. Bids may be submitted via email to kr@restorationamerica.org or in person at our office located at 86 North Williams Street, Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Only those attending the Mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will qualify to submit a proposal.

Proposals will be evaluated, scored and the contract will be awarded to the contractor whose proposal is most advantageous for the Residential Renovation Program by the following Friday at 5:00 pm.

Restoration America, Inc. is a not for profit, 501c3 public charity established in 1984. Our mission on the is to “Restore and renew families back into communities” by serving as the resource of housing assistance resources as well as education and permanent housing solutions for low to moderate Income (LMI) families, Veterans and Seniors who are suffering from financial hardship.
Restoration America’s real estate program provides services to assist families by revitalizing foreclosed or abandoned properties to help stabilize and renew neighborhoods throughout the Chicagoland area.
